The recommended method to purchase your pack or packs is through the Reading University Student Union website. It is simple, easy, and quick.
Here is how you can do it:
1) Click on the link below to register a guest account:
2) You should receive a validation email into the email account you used to register your account. Open that email and validate your account.
3) Once validation please log in at www.rusu.com and go to the following link <https://www.rusu.co.uk/events/6730/2199/>
4) Select the package you’d like to purchase and the quantity and press on the button ‘buy’. You may only purchase a limited number at one time, Head Delegates wishing to make large purchases may be required to make more than one transaction.
5) Proceed to checkout and use the appropriate payment method to pay.
6) Congratulations, you have successfully secured your place at ReadingMUN15.
Please Note: We have a limited number of rooms to offer, therefore, please purchase well in advance to avoid disappointment. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and international delegations may be given priority in certain cases. All payments involving accommodation must be received by 30th October 2015.
Delegate and social packs must be paid by the 20th November 2015. We will also be selling social packs on the day, however these may be offered at a higher retail price.
Also, please be aware that packs purchased through the Student's Union are subject to a 15p transaction charge.
In addition, ReadiMUN15 is unable to offer any refunds. All sales are final.
